What RAM can I upgrade for my mobo?

I built my PC 6 years ago. I'd like to upgrade it incrementally.

Mobo: Gigabyte Z77X-D3H

I feel like my RAM is slow so I'd love to upgrade it. I'm just not sure what RAM to get that is better than my current one and can fit in my mobo.
