[SOLVED] What Ram for Ryzen 3700x

Im going to get the Ryzen 3700x +
MSI MPG X570 GAMING PRO CARBON WIFI
but i dont know what ram to get and what speed. Someone suggested the Corsair Vengeance 32GB but I cant remember what Mhz or how many sticks to get and such.
Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!
