Question What recovery program are best for txt files?

I have lost some really important txt files and I wounder which recovery program that is best for those kind of files?
I have tried EaseUS and Diskdrill, but none of them seem to bee good on finding txt files.

Try Recuva and Puran File recovery with "deep scan" enabled.

Puran helped me find a lot of media files. It might help you too.

Nope, give almost the same result as Recua and Diskdrill.

Might be that the file or the folder where deleted.

If it were a simple deletion, the above tools might have found something.
Details matter.

If you can remember a particular text string, then you can search for this string with your data recovery tool.

For example, in DMDE you would select Tools -> Search for String in Object and then specify your ASCII text. It may take several hours to search the entire drive.

i use Glary utilities 5 and it has solved alot of miner problems with files on my pc !!!

Did you look in your recycle bin?
If they aren't in there then time matters since windows will fill the empty space back up and make recovery impossible.

How long ago were they deleted?
Which drive are they deleted on? (make & model) Hopefully its not an SSD.
