Question What seems to be the problem here?

So i just built this pc, this is my first time btw and I got this problem where it just freezes when I boot it to anywhere. I dont know where the problem is coming from. Any help would be appreciated.

Specs
I5 9400f
Msi b360m bazooka
16 gb 2400mhz ram
Tt lite power rgb 550w

My first guess is the BIOS may need to be updated before it supports Coffeelake refresh CPUs.

When i boot up the bios it reads it fine, do i really need to update it?
