So i have decided on the cpu which is the ryzen 5 3600, but i dont know if i should pair it with the msi B450 tomahawk MAX with a 2070 super or the X570 Gigabyte Aorus elite (wifi) with the 5700 xt red devil? my budget is $1300 (lower is always better). I like the WiFi and Bluetooth fetures of the x570 MB and the extra usb ports in the I/O. Please help!! im having nightmares trying to decide!

Solution
my max buget is $1300 but the msi tomahawk MAX is ryzen 3000 compatible out of the box

OK then this is what I would suggest:
