What should buy 7770 or r7 250

What should buy between hd 7770 oc and r7 250 oc?
Hd 7770 is a old card and dx 11.1supported but performance is better than r7 250

on otherside,
r7 250 is latest and dx11.2 supported but performance is lower than hd 7770.

i want to play all latest & upcoming game up to 3 year. dx 11.1 is enough for this?

for the money if you can look on parts picker dot com. the 7790 and there a 7850 for 119.00 right now. both are faster then the stock 7770 cards.
