Where is the motherboard in your build? I don't see one.

Otherwise, it looks good in general, but the PSU in your build is not recommended due to horrible capacitors (PSU is tier 3 just based on that fact):

Better psu and added a mobo, good build with nice upgrade paths.

U gonna overclock the intel chip in future or gonna run it at stock speeds?
If u r going to oc then go with an asus z97-a mobo.
If u plan to run it at stock speed then instead of i5-4690k go with i5-4690 and a good h97 chipset mobo from asus and msi.
And again, since u r going with gtx 960, u dnt need those 750watts. Instead go with the 550watt psu from corsair, it'l b more than enough to run ur system and invest those saved dollars in a 60gb or 120gb ssd.

if u go with nvidia card u can drop the PSU to 750Watt but this is good deal for a tire 1 psu @ 850Watt

Oh sorry.. It's the ASRock Extreme 3 Z97. The PSU I agree, needs to be changed, I'll see other options, but the one you listed was a good one. He said he doesn't need an SSD.. I guess he can upgrade later, if neccesary. Thanks!
