If I were you I would save up and just buy a whole new system altogether... or have a look at scrapyard wars series 1 from linus tech tips to get some idea of a workaround. 8GB isn't bad, but you're running ddr2, which sort of implies that the pcie lanes (from the motherboard), wont allow full use of the graphics card, pair that with the cpu and there will be obvious bottlenecking. As standard AMD cards are more power hungry than Nvidea, so just consider that with your power supply, since you will have to buy another if you're getting the r9 290x or even the 390...
970 hands down, or the new R9 3xx series card. The 290x is rubbish, I bought one for my friend and they're more trouble than they're worth. They get way too hot, the catalyst settings need to be heavily managed to get optimum frames in games. For example, with my 970 I run GTA V near max settings 70+ fps at all times rock solid. My buddies rig with the 290x can barely manage mid 50s and dips into low 30s with the same settings as me. But I hear real good things about the new r9 3xx series, should check those out.

your cpu will be bottlenecking both of the cards. i will suggest a better cpu though.

the r9 390. its falls in the sameas for the gpu its better if you get price point and is faster than the gtx 970 as well as the r9 290x

here is a review of the r9 390: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k9cKZiJw6Pk

R9 390x is long way away from my budget i got about $320 and i cannot afford $450 card and which processor will minimize the bottlenecikng ? should i get a fx-6300?

Overall, just wait and save up more money, at that time the price of the parts you want to buy will have fallen and you'll be much happier with your build.
