What should I get if I decide too?

I was wondering what graphics card I should get. I don't know much about computers but I'll link my specs. I'm looking for a graphics card that will get me to 400 fps in CSGO. Thank you and answer as soon as possible.

I would think, that a 970 would be enough for CS:GO.
The only cards I'd get, that are better than the 970 are the 1070 and the 1080.
