[SOLVED] What should I get to upgrade my Acer Nitro 5 AN515-42?

Hello guys, so I currently have an Acer Nitro 5 AN515-42 (Laptop).
I want to upgrade the SSD and RAM, however, I do not know what model to buy for both.

I currently have a Ryzen 5 2500u [CPU], AMD Rx560 [GPU], 8GB RAM, 1TB HDD and 128GB SSD.

I am looking to buy a 1TB SSD and 16 GB RAM where both read speeds are very fast and are compatible with my laptops model.

I don't know the current SSD within it, however I will look.

Edit: Found the model of my SSD, it is a Hynix 128gb Hfs128g39tnd-n210a Internal M.2 SATA SSD Drive

Are you looking to remove both disk and then add a 1TB ssd?

Or do you just want to replace the 128 with a 1TB?
