I have a i5 4690k and a GTX 970 with 8gb of ddr3 (4x2) Should i get a new cpu with new ram and mobo or a new graphics card which one would get me the best performance? I mainly play CSGO, Fallout 4, Battlefront 2, h1z1, PUBG, And i stream sometimes.

Solution
There is no simple answer to that question. It mostly depends on games you play. You would need to determine, if your games are limited by current GPU or CPU, and swap the part that limits you in most games. Note however that you are most likely not going to see any performance boost in some of the games - those that were limited by the other component.
Unless you play at resolution higher then 1080p - in that case, swapping GPU first is obvious choice.

u should upgrade gpu first as ur processor is not outdated yet it is a good processor max turbo frequency 3.90 ghz and if u just want to play games it is better to get a new graphics card like gtx 1060 or 1070 it will be sufficient so that u can play games at a resolution of on a good frame rate 1920*1080 but i'll also"recommend u to add some more memory like go for 16 gigs in total

Then you should wait or change only graphic card because one of my friend changes his graphic card only and it is working really good he have i7 4770k and he bought a new msi gtx 1060 gaming x 6g
