What should i upgrade first? Help!

Hello i want to upgrade my system for my b-day but am unsure on what to upgrade first and am curious what would give me the biggest performance boost.
My current specs are:
Fx6300 @ 3.8ghz
Msi 7870 Ghz edition
8gb visiontek black label 1600 mhz ram
Asus M5a97 le re 2.0 mobo
Antec 750watt bronze certified psu

games i play: Dayz-Arma3-CS:GO-BF4-RUST-WOW also gtav in the future.

Now what my first upgrade path im think of is going with a 4670k with a ASRock Fatal1ty Z97 Killer LGA 1150 and that will come to about 359.99 on newegg.

My second option is going with a newly released gtx 970 4gb card for around 329.99-359.99

Since you started with radeon you will have to delete all your radeon drivers in your system first before getting the GTX 970.. I would suggest just getting a r9 280, 280x or a 290 since they are great radeon cards And then get a fx 8350 .
