Upgrading your cpu won't help with your gaming much.
You much beter of getting better gpu.

If "Drive 2" is actually an SSD, then I'd say no upgrade needed.

you cpu is already really good, id get a 970 4gb and new monitor maybe

With gtx 970 only get 144Hz monitor if you can compromise on in-game details. To be honest you might be better of getting better 60Hz IPS panel. For 60+ fps at max settings you would need gtx 980 for 1080p which is far more expensive than 970.
