What should I upgrade first?

I've been thinking recently about upgrading my gaming pc but i'm not sure what would be more beneficial to upgrade first so i need some help.
My current build is,
PYI 1050 TI
I5 6400
8 GB RAM
WB 1Tb Hard Drive
650 Watt 80+ Gold

I want to upgrade to
Intel Core i7-7700K
ASUS GeForce GTX 1070 TURBO-GTX1070-8G 8GB
And another 8 GB RAM

I would do this in following order: GPU, RAM, CPU. GPU is definitely weakest point of the build. As for going next with ram or CPU, could be either way.

From the website I ordered my PC off of thats all of the information they gave me and my case has it hidden underneath a panel so I would have to take most of the case apart.

You shouldn't need to take it apart. Usually you need to undo a couple of screws in the back and it slides out when it is placed like that. Until we know your psu saying what to upgrade is hard.

I'll take apart my PC later tonight and figure it out.
