What should I upgrade first

AMD X2 4200+ @ 2.5ghz | 2046mb DDR2-533 | GeForce 7600GS @ 400 core 350 mem | 300w case psu 19a +12v | ASUS NODUSM3 M-ATX nForce 410/430.

I only game at 1024x768 b/c thats my moniters res. I dont think I need a 8800GTS for that res a 8600GT should be ok but what do you guys think.
