what should i upgrade in my pc i play bo3 and league of legends?my budget is 250 usd

msi e35 mobo
430psu
650ti

LoL should be running just fine on the rig you have now. Assuming you mean Black Ops 3 as the other game, the rig could use a stronger video card for that.

My humble suggestion: Zotac GeForce GTX 960 4GB AMP! Edition Video Card ($194.99 @ Amazon)

It needs an 8 pin power plug instead of the 6 pin on most 650 ti's, but it has almost exactly the same power consumption, so as long as your PSU has an 8-pin, it'll do just fine.

What's your PSU most importantly?
I wouldn't plug a 960 on a bad PSU unit

A 960 has the same TDP as the 650 ti, as I mentioned.

I see, i didn't know that, thanks, but still giving PSU advice is never bad, most people fall for it and either buy bad units or stay with the ones that come with cases...

Completely agree. Now I'm curious what your PSU make/model is. If necessary, you could get a good replacement with what's left in your budget.

or should I go with 4460 with a mobo and get the 650ti or go with the 960 path?
