Question what should i upgrade next?

i just bought a rtx 2070 thinking it would work with a i5 6500, i know big mistake. when i put it in my PC the cpu was running at 100%. si i switched back to my old gtx 1060. so what just i upgrade next, the power supply , the cpu, the motherboard? what should i upgrade to make my pc work fine with the rtx 2070.

here is my current build.
i5 6500
rtx 2070
be quiet 600 watt silver
b250 MSI PC MATE
