What should i upgrade on my PC?

Don't really know which part of my pc do i really need to upgrade. My budget is around 100-250 us dollars. I use this pc for streaming/recording and playing games such as CSGO/Minecraft.

The power supply if you could, just to be safe. Other than that, you're golden.
I would even go as far to say that your PC might be an overkill for what you're using it for.

^ what he said - you shouldn't be using a 390 on that PSU at all really.

There is no beneficial upgrade on the hardware side for that budget , you already have a GPU that competes fairly well with the newer amd RX & nvidia gtx 1060 cards.

An i7 if you can get one second hand cheapish ??
