What should I upgrade to get the most of my other PC components?

Hi, What should I upgrade to the the best performance of the other parts, I have Kinda old parts

Mainboard: DH61HO
Ram: 6GB - 2 GB @1333Mhz and 4GB@1333Mhz
GPU: nVidia GTS 450
CPU: Intel I3 3210 @3.2Ghz
Moniter: LG 22 Inch IPS HDMI
400 Watt Stock Power Supply

PS: I can run most of the new games on High-Medium resolution.

Your graphics card could do with an upgrade, and (depending on what graphics card you get) your power supply too.
