What should I upgrade to stream.

Mobo: H110M-DGS
CPU: Pentium G 4400
GPU: GTX 750 TI
CASE: Rosewill FBM-01
HARD DRIVE: WD Blue 1T
PSU: EVGA 650W (unknown exact name)

I just want to stream csgo at like 720p and not have it laggy what should I upgrade and what should I upgrade it to.

your cpu obviously, an i5 6500 would be perfect.

No,using quicksync from the pentiums igpu or using shadowplay from the nvidia both produce streams without any drops in FPS,well minimal if any.
But you do need a beefy upload if it's supposed to be live streaming.

Definitely need a better CPU.
