What should I upgrade?

My PC specs are -
4GB DDR3 RAM
Nvidia GTS 450
Intel Core 2 Duo @2.93 GHz

Now I will be increasing my RAM to 8GB.
But I need to choose between GTX 660Ti or Intel i5
So what should I preferably upgrade?
My processor to Intel i5 or my GPU to GTX 660Ti ?

No I am upgrading because I want to.
It will obviously address some problems I'm having but that isn't an issue.
I want to know which choice is more viable for the long run.
If I upgrade my GPU , will i have to upgrade my CPU very soon? (I seem to think so as c2duo is very old) or will I be able to run games for quite a while?
Or ,
If I upgrade my CPU , will my PC last longer with my current GPU ?

You really need both but if you have to pick 1 I would go GPU, though I am not sure a 660Ti is a good buy at the moment but if you found it at the right price go for it.

What if I'm upgrading to GTX 760 instead of 660Ti ?

GTX 760 2GB not 4GB

Ya the GTX 760 is a good gpu but the your cpu will bottleneck it so you would want to get a better cpu not long after your gpu upgrade

+1 you need a new CPU to get the most out of any GPU much over $100
