What should I upgrade?

Processor : Intel(R) Core(TM) i3 CPU 540 @ 3.07GHz (4 CPUs), ~3.1GHz
Memory: 6144MB RAM
GPU : GTX 650 Ti (1GB)

What should I upgrade to enhance my performance? I just test AC Unity and even in low settings there is still lag. Help me really need some advice here and I'm new to these kind of things

Its normal for Ac unity to lag with your system the AC unity is very poorly optimized with I7 and gtx 780 ac unity is running with 30 FPS on ultra.
I think you need a total upgrade at this point because the processor is weak and whatever strong card you fit in your system it would get bottle necked by the processor.

With that game you won´t get a significant improvement even if you change all your build to something high end today, it´s just that bad optimized but is better to change your GPU first if you have to choose just one thing.

330 $ would get you a good GPU but your CPu would bottleneck it.

With this build at least you can play AC unity with high settings with decent FPS.

A GTX 970 or an i5 4960k would both be upgrades to consider, providing your motherboard supports overclocking for the 4960k. Otherwise a cheaper i5 would be a better option.

Maybe the gtx could be an option but he can´t buy that i5, not without changing his mobo and the budget would be greater then.
