there is not much price difference between the i5-6600 and i5-6600k...but the opportunity it gives u in future for OCing is enormous...if u go for that kind of build, better go for a unlocked(OC capable)...u may never know wat u learn with time, including OCing...not rocket science afterall...
i have recently built this for my friend, and its going all guns blazing...modify it according to ur convenience...its around 1200usd...

I think your CPU is little weak for that video card and moving to intel will be good choice.like i5 6500+ lga 1151mobo and you will have great gaming rig.
P.S you will also need new ddr4 ram

1. if your corsair psu is of the "cx" line, i would replace it immediately
2. if you're gaming, i would get rid of that FX chip and go intel. or if your team red, save up for zen
3. probably a little more ram
4. i would advise against liquid cooling. decent air cooler + intel chip would give you better results that OCing your FX up the a$$ and risking leaks with liquid, imo
5. thats a solid case choice

my PSU is VS 650 and If I buy the same RAM can i use it to make it 16 GB with 4 sticks?

then there is very very little reason to buy a liquid cooler. i know those cpus run hot, but it wont net you any real performance gains. especially when you can get a solid (and sometimes better) air cooler for ~$20. and if you dont plan on ocing that cpu, i would switch it out soon. the fx line is very quickly showing its age.

and i believe your psu is considered low quality on this list http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html you should consider a new one soon

120 GB is too small for your SSD. Even if you plan to use it ONLY for your OS, all kinds of files tend to find themselves on the drive, and it's a constant hassle moving and deleting files from a small SSD. Go 500GB at the least.

Which of these two PSU are better?
Seasonic X850 80+ Gold Full Modular
Corsair RM850i 80+ Gold Full Modular

I think both of them belongs to tier one base on that list. and do you have a good suggestion for an air cooler?

if they are both tier one then i dont see it mattering much, as long as they have the features and connections that you need.

the fan (pun intended) favorite is the cooler master hyper 212 evo. i have one on my fx-6300 and its let me oc it nicely. if youre not overclocking then it almost doesnt matter which one you pick, just as long as you get rid of amds horrible stock cooler. any will suit you fine.

also, i think 120gb is just fine for an OS dedicated SSD. thats what i have, and it never gets over 60% full. just make sure you relocate all your appdata, my documents, ect over to an HDD. if you do that, there isnt any issue going that small.

Oh and just a noob question. That casing doesn't have any drive bay so how will I install some of the drivers like for the motherboard? and is my choice of motherboard good ? or any suggestions also?

To Finalize Here are the parts:

ram ddr4: Kingston HyperX Fury (dual) 2x8gb 2666 16gb CL15 (HX426C15FBK2/16)
Vga nvidia: MSI GTX 1070 Founders Edition 8gb (not sure about this one because my budget will be inadequate)
Casing: NZXT H440 v2 Razer Edition
HDD / SSD: Samsung 850 EVO 250gb
mb lga1151: MSI H170A Gaming Pro
psu: Corsair RM750i 80+ Gold Full Modular
cpu lga1151: Intel Core i5 6600K 3.5-3.9 ghz 4-core

Am I good to go? any more suggestions ? Thanks!!

No because i5 6600k cant be overclocked on h170 board.for overclocking you have to buy z170 mobo and if you arent going to overclock you can get i5 6600 or i5 6500 because they are cheaper

Don't bother overclocking if you don't have the money for high end everything (cooler, motherboard, graphics card)

Stick with a decent B150/H170 board* and the i5 6500 with a pair of 2133** ram and you're good to go.

And if your case doesn't have any HDD bays you can simply just download the os and drivers on a seperate device and install it through USB.

* Gaming motherboards cost a lot more and don't really give you that much more, I'd personally avoid those.
** Ram speeds don't matter.

Then I'll go with a i5 6600 and that CPU doesn't have stock cooler right? So do have any suggestion that can be pair with the red and green build because I don't plan on OCing so I don't need expensive coolers. Just the one that can match my build and maybe a more reliable product that is.
