What Should I Upgrade?

Okay to begin with I know it is taboo not to have any case fans but I don't have any. I also have a stock market heatsink. I have a GTX 1060 3gb and an Athlon x4 860k CPU. What I am wondering is I want to lower my temperatures of both, but mostly my CPU. What would you suggest to cool this down I have 1 120mm fan slot on front, back, and side. Would getting something like a Hyper Evo help more than case fans? I already have one fan, but don't have my screws with me... college. So what would be the best solution for a cooler and more quiet computer and CPU? Thanks in advanced!

A hyper 212 would help a lot more than more case fans. If your case isn't wide enough then you can always go for a hyper t4 or some low profile cooler. Anything will be better than the stock one.

Get at least one case fan (one front and one rear are better), swap out the CPU heatsink.
