What should i upgrade?

I am getting below 60 fps on 2018 games what can i upgrade?

I have MSI z270 krait gaming
Intel i5-7400 processor
8 gb single DDR4 G Skill ripjaws ram
Msi GTX 1050TI OC 4GT
Windows 10
1 terabyte HDD
500GB HDD

Upgrade your GPU, upgrading your CPU won't make a massive difference. I would suggest getting a GTX 1070 or 1060 depending on your budget

My budget is i can buy GTX 1080ti but does 1080ti work like 5 years after buying and give me nice fps on future gaming and does my pc can handle 1080ti?

There may be a new line of Nvidia graphics cards coming out, but I believe it's not an official word. Maybe wait? If you do decide to buy, now is a better time to for a new GPU, as the mining craze is dying now. It look like to me that you need a GPU that has 8 GB or more of Ram, then you should be good.

Okay i think GTX 1080 ti zotac mini 11 gb vram card should be okay i cant buy the 3 fans 1080 ti because i dont have much space on my case but does 1080ti work on my z270 krait gaming? With i5-7400?

It should, please check to make sure your PSU has all the power cables and wattage needed for the new GPU. Otherwise, you might need a new PSU.

If you're buying something like a gtx 1080 ti then it might get bottlenecked a bit by the i5 so if you're going to upgrade to something like that then i suggest you getting a new CPU + GPU, however in theory the bottleneck isn't crazy, you will still get a significant boost in FPS: However you will not be getting the full potential from the card.
I suggest waiting for the GTX 1100 series cards that are coming out because they're next gen with a better architecture and significantly better performance. - To add onto this statement if you want to save a bit of money then you can wait for next gen and the prices of the 1000 series will drop.
