i have a 1000 AED (272.24 USD) to upgrade my pc
and i can buy from https://www.newegg.com/global/ae-en/ and https://www.amazon.ae/ maybe ebay if free shipping
and my specs are
i5-2400
8gb
an intel mobo DH61WW
GTX 1050 ti
So i thought maybe buying a gaming chair or buying a 144hz monitor or upgrading my pc sooo what do u recommend?

What is your PSU model? and personally I'd save up

That mobo/CPU/RAM seems like a pretty good budget setup. With B450 you also have a lot of upgrade potential in the future- theoretically, anything through the upcoming Ryzen 3000 release if the board's power delivery can handle it.

420W for a power supply is a little light, but for a ryzen 5 and a 1050 Ti it's perfectly reasonable. Just plan on upgrading that if you want anything more power-hungry.

I have a Ryzen R5-1600 and I've been very happy with it. I was able to overclock it to ~3.9GHz on all cores and with the proper power profile I was able to maintain AMD's Cool'n'Quiet capability. Idle is around 30C load is at 50C, using the Stock CPU Cooler. Keep in mind that these temps are in a warm room with a CPU Cooler that needs cleaned. I used to be able to complete benchmarks and stress tests but since its getting to the point that it needs to be cleaned of dust it no longer can. I plan an upgrade next month to my system and will do the servicing then.
