Hello, I would like you to give me advice
on how to upgrade my budget pc.
I can upgrade just up to 400€.

Here´s my budget pc spec:

Lenovo M92p case
Lenovo MAHOBAY motherboard
INTEL i5 3570
Sapphire Pulse Radeon RX 570 4gb ITX
8gb RAM ddr3
1TB HDD
SilentiumPC 450W

I know it´s not something that you would spend your money on, but it was enough for me until now. My programs are taking so long to load, even working in Photoshop starts to be problem for this pc. I would like it to handle working with 3D graphics such as modeling and rendering at least a little. I know 400€ ain´t that much, but better than nothing. I´ll paste a link to UserBenchmark performance test even if I don´t know how accurate that is.
Thank you for any advice. 😊

What do you think about this upgrade:

SSD - Samsung 860 EVO 500GB
CPU - Intel Core i5 9400F
RAM - 1x Kingston HyperX Predator DDR4 16GB 3200 MHz
Motherboard - Gigabyte GA-H110M-S2H

I would keep my HDD, PSU and GPU.
No the motherboard isn't compatible and you should always avoid single channel ram stick. How long have you been using this power supply? If it still comes under warranty you can consider using it but change it asap as its not that great it's only 80+ certified. Use 'PC Part Picker' to create a build list this will also show if these are compatible. List of parts I've decided;
Intel Build

AMD build(You could go with ryzen 5 3600 if cheaper or similar price to the Intel...

Hello there!!
Its seems you do not have a ssd and upgrading to one will give you noticable difference and you won't see long loading time and get a 8gb of ram too. That's what ill do since upgrading to a new gpu would be a CPU bottleneck.

I found this SSD: https://www.samsung.com/us/computin...sd-860-evo-2-5--sata-iii-500gb-mz-76e500b-am/
but I dont know what to do with ram cause I have now 4x2gb ddr3 and if I have to upgrade it I have to buy e.g. new 2x8gb but still ddr3. So I wonder if it´s worthy buying new ddr3 RAM´s

If its worth you are asking that might be complicated since - Yes DDR3 but it should also be a noticable upgrade you will notice the benefits of the extra 8gb. And maybe get yourself a new system entirely down the line. And you said the pc did serve you until all those slow system responses. So i believe that just spend a little now and later save it up for new system. However that's my opinion.

An i3 10100 based system would beat up on this pretty well....

If you wanted to stay cheap cheap and buy another year or so, I would:
Find out if a 3770 will work with your existing mobo and find a used one on the bay.
Upgrade to an SSD for sure.
DDR3 pricing is rising, so not really sure what to advise here. I would likely look around for some used matched stuff on local sale sites and see what pops up.

Even with your system as is, an SSD will do so much for seat of the pants desktop response. It will feel like a different machine with that alone.

An i3 10100 won't be a wise choice but i7 3770 would be better i say it because he won't have to change Mobo and ram whereas if he get the i3 its kinda similar to the i7 3770 just with higher clock speed and the generational upgrades. Upgrading to 6c/12t would be much worth and if i3 10100 is the option maybe getting i7 3770 would be much better value instead of spending more money for the similar system but with 8t with what @bbrano123 has now.

I mention it mostly out of a cost perspective and it's ability to be upgraded with the typical path of two generations.

One of our office computers was using a 3220 which is certainly starting to show it's obsolescence. I happened to have a group of 3770 at one point while helping liquidate some office PC's and had given one to a friend who never opted to use it. I got it back from him, updated BIOS, slapped it in and it's absolutely a workable machine for a bit longer. I added a small SSD and had a bracket printed for a GTX 750ti I have and turned this right back into a relevant machine for a while longer on the cheap. It's why I suggested it to OP.
