My first build seems to be working fine but I'm not sure my RAM is optimized.

The motherboard is a ASRock B660M Pro RS. In BIOS the XMP is set to Auto, is that were it should be to get the most from the RAM.

The RAM is 32 GB G.Skills (16x2GB) of DDR4 3200

If the "Auto" option puts the RAM at 3200 Mhz, then yes, "Auto" will do. But if "Auto" uses any other frequency than 3200 Mhz, then select that XMP profile that gives you 3200 Mhz.

I'm not sure my RAM is optimized.
You could further optimize the 3200 Mhz XMP profile as well, by tightening the RAM timings but this means manual RAM OC and lengthy validation process with memtest86, to make sure the tighter timings are stable.

Most people don't like to spend the time and effort to optimize the built-in XMP profile the RAM already comes with. But option is open to do that.

Your motherboard supports ram speeds up to 5333.
But, if your ram is rated for 3200, that is probably where you should leave it.
If the ram was capable of anything faster, it would be sold at that higher speed for more.

Excepting use in integrated graphics, ram speed is not very important to intel performance.
