What size CPU cooler do I need?

Your case is 175mm wide, and the cooler you linked is 140mm tall. That leaves 35mm for the mobo and CPU. I would say yes, it will fit. However, Im not sure that is the best choice for that case. It looks to me like the only intake on that case is the side panel. You might want a cooler more like:

If there is a front intake, then a crossflow cooler like the one you have linked would work better. Just be sure you research proper TIM application if you get a direct contact heatpipe cooler.
