What size PSU for this build

Current setup is the following:
Ryzen 1700x (3800OC - might go to 4)
2XGTX1050TI
1x GTX1060 3gb
I use these for blender none are SLI
Mother Board Gigabyte AB350 Gaming
2X corsair 8gb Ram
4 Fans
1 x CPU
1XRear Extracter
2X120 front fans
Current PSU (only powering a 1x GTX1050TI at moment)
Deepcool DN500E (500w 80+)

Im thinking Antec 700w, good bang for buck or the 650w earthworks version. I had one guy tell me fromt he store that I should go 750w+, and he recommended a corsair, which I have read these are crap and to avoid. So to save me blowing more money, guidance appreciated. This is my first build for 14 years lol!

Yes the Corsair he was offering was the CS750M, so not sure that cuts it. The Antec that I was told would probably not cut it was the VP700P, so confirmation on this being no good would be handy, although based on you 700-750, it should be fine?. I live in NZ so everything is ridiculous price, to give you a baseline that Seasonic you mentioned is 200+ dollars (NZD), the corsair is 150 and the Antex is 119 (all NZD).

Yeah that puts a different spin on things. You really only need a 600W PSU, the question is what decent brand can you find in that price range, especially because you're powering two cards via the PCie BUS along with the CPU and you need that power clean and steady.

Can you link me to a NZ online store that you might buy from?
 
Not really, the 1050Ti's suck about 130-140 W as a pair, the GTX can suck 130-140 ish as well but I'm not as worried because it has a six pin connector to stabilize it - more if it's OC'd.

So say the Ryzen is eating 125W peak (could happen) and allow 50 for whatever.... we're at 455... with room to spare for silly things.

See if you can find a price on an FSP Raider 650 W
 
GTX1050ti usually runs on slot power which is 75w.
Only highly overclocked versions need a 6 pin power lead which is another 75w.
GTX1060 usually needs 75w for the slot and 75w for a 6 pin connector.
I total about 300w for the cards and add in 150w for the processor and stuff.
If a card needs a 8 pin connector, that is a max of 150w.
In theory, your 500w psu should be ok(don't know the quality though)

But... I always like to overprovision a psu to allow for a future card upgrade.
A psu will only draw the wattage that is demanded of it, regardless of the max capability.
It will be quieter and more efficient operating in the middle of its range.

Whatever you do, buy QUALITY.

Thanks for helping, if im thinking of future of my new system i might go 2x1060 and just 1x1050 at the moment i have 1x1050 and 1x1060 although i have not put in the later as my current psu might fry hence why im looking to sort this now.

A lot of current brand name stuff is built by FSP. The problem is they also make bottom of the barrel 20 dollar supplies too. So with FSP, you have to look at what lineup the guts come from. Price isn't even a reliable indicator.
