What software can you use the plug-in Relife v1.42 and how to open the download

I am looking for something to remove the "S" sound distortion off the vinyls that I converted to my PC. I was wondering what software you can use in order to use the Relife plugin. As well, I don't know how to properly download it.

To download Relife, just click the "Download Relife 1.42" button on this page: http://www.terrywest.nl/utils.html

There is no installer for Relife. Just unzip the download and copy the files to the Winamp "plugins" folder (make sure Winamp is closed first).

Thank you very much for your reply. I have just followed the instructions that you gave me, I've done it now. But the thing I'm trying to figure out now is how I can use the Relife plug-in on Winamp. I've looked through the different plug-ins settings, but I can't get the plug-in to appear.
