What software should i download

Hi i want to overclock my cpu and i was confused who's overclocking software do i download.
My mobo's (gigabyte)
or
My Cpu's (amd)

From my experience (which is very little) I have had best results using my bios instead of a program. I have always been more stable with bios.

You might could use Easytune
It would be better in BIOS, though.
I would not use AOD..

we need to know the model number of your cpu and your motherboard. only certain model cpus can be overclocked and they need a certain model number mobo to do it.

BIOS , software isn't a good way to overclock.

Do you have aftermarket cooling?
