Question What sound is my laptop making ?

RTX 4080

What sound is my brand new laptop making ?
Is it coil whine ?
Sound changes pitch when gaming.

What can i do about it?

You should've posted a video alongside audio so we could understand where the source of the noise is from your laptop. It does sound like coil whine, it also sounds like something being caught in the fan for the cooling system in your laptop.

What BIOS version are you on for said laptop?

i held my phone very close to the power lights right under the screen , also i have the latest bios from asus site .
i just got this laptop about one week . It sounds like Thinking noise to be honest and not something stuck in the fan because it changes pitch when i interact with something ingame .

It seems to be better today , less sound . i did game on the laptop for a long time yesterday

Anyone that could help me with a stable G-helper Profile focusing on longevity of the cpu and gpu for gaming ?

Currently im using this , But i dont know what to do with the CPU Slow/CPU Fast and if i should undervolt the cpu at all or if its even needed to change the memory clock :
