What specs do i need for a psu to use this gpu

Given the rest of your system in your sig if that is the system then a 80% or higher rated 550w will be more than enough with room to grow for later upgrades but quality counts when it comes to power supplies. The higher the quality the more you can get away with later on down the road while having utility bill savings up front.

It says a 400w psu. That is for a typical system.

400 watt should be enought for that gpu, no fear my friend, as long as the ps is reliable and has stable electrical output
