Question What speed is my Ryzen 2600X running at?

I'm not sure if Precision Boost is working on my processor. Core Temp 1.14 tells me its running at about 3637MHz where as CPUID says 4041MHz and CPU-Z tells me 4092MHz. Which is telling the truth?

Go to this pc/computer in the system propertys and Look at your CPU and see the speed
Or install minecraft play and press F3 and search for the CPU în the right side )
