that somewhat depends on mainboard, some will run 1866, some will go 2133

That board actually supports memory as fast as 2400mhz, though I wouldn't recommend it. Its hard to find and requires a lot of messing around to get it to work. Generally 1866 is as fast as you want to go on that platform,

If you have the evo it supports 2133.
The cpu supports 1866.
