Question What the Heck is Going On Here??? Google Password Manager Help, PLZ!

While monkeying around in "Settings, "I went in to examine, change and/or delete compromised passwords from data breach.

When I click on "Change Password" for a particular site, I'm taken to an ENTIRELY DIFFERENT website...???

Am I missing something?

The site itself could be redirecting you. Open the developer console and navigate to the "Network" tab and see the domains you are redirected to.

Press Ctrl + Shift + I on the password manager page and in the menu that appears (the "developer console") click on the "Network" tab in its upper middle. Then click on the "Change Password" as normal and you should see some new entries pop up in the middle of the developer console window. Click on the "Url" field of any of them to expand it and, looking from top to bottom, trace the domain names that you are redirected to. A redirect would be e.g. I am on forums.tomshardware.com but click a link in someone's post and go to docs.google.com with a "Status" of 301, 302, 307, or 308 (302 is the most common). docs.google.com could then redirect me again to wherever it wants, such as over to youtube.com.

Thx. I did this and when I click "Change Password" it takes me to a different website that is on the list.
e.g. On TennisWarehouse.com I click "Change Password" and it takes me to JaguarForums.com--
