This is a CPU from 2006....

(Just to confirm there were no tentative plans to consider adding some sort of modern GPU with the thoughts of playing any games made from the last 8 years or so...)

You need a full system overhaul, this system won't play jack. Start saving up for a new system, you'll need at least $500 for a decent 1080p gaming system, $700 would be better, $1000 would be ideal.
