What to change in my pc?

Hello,

I would like to upgrade my pc step by step, buy a new piece every month, as my salary doesnt allow me to do more.
My specs are
MB 78lmt Usb 3.0 6th revision
fx6350 oc to 4.1ghz
r7 360 2gb
12gb(8+4) ram 1333ghz
and two old hdd 7200rpms(500gb each) with 16mb cache

I would like to get the most out for the gaming, I reach medium/high settings 45fps in The witcher 3 wild hunt
But my aim is to manage 4k textures in Skyrim or other games.
Which would you recommend to change first? What should I upgrade?
And if i get a Sata III how better would it perform in AHCI mode?

GPU and PSU would be my first two upgrades. Your current set up should handle Skyrim fairly well @ 1080p on mid to high. Adding massive textures is going to cause that 260/360 to fall short in a big hurry.

What is your current PSU?

Your not going to like it but my advice is save up for however long it takes to buy the components together.

See my spec below, i run fully modded skyrim in 4k with ENB etc... @ 45fps.

Witcher 3 with nvidia hairworks off is 45 fps in 4k.

35fps my mistake, I have a 550w psu, I dont know whether I need a more powerful one, but i supposed it was good enough to handle the pc.
Is the cpu good enough? and the ssd would be for running the system and the games?

CPU upgrade would only be necessary if you are being limited by your CPU. OC as much as possible and prolong it's life.

Do you think the psu is good enough? 550w is too few?
I just oclocked to 4.1, i changed the cooler, but i dont know till how much it can handle.
Any budget choice for gpu?
