And that almost always come laden with malware.

Your system reporting clean right now is no guarantee that it will be clean tomorrow.



Any used system NEEDS a full wipe and reinstall, as the very first thing you do. If you personally did not break the seal from the factory, it is used.

Whoever installed the OS used pirated software.
A simple "delete" is not nearly enough.

Full wipe and reinstall.

Unactivated Win 10 or 11 runs (mostly) just like normal.

You'll have a randomly appearing nag text at bottom right. This will be on top of everything else.

Probably not.

The only real solution is a full wipe and reinstall.
Delete ALL partitions, continuing with a totally blank drive.

Always recommended to do a full wipe and reinstall on used systems. You never know if previous owners install anything to spy on you or look at your data. Better safe than sorry.
