A week ago, everything was fine. Then one day I was playing the Assasins Creed 3 and after almost an hour of playing the monitor went black and the sound was coming and cpu was running. I restart the computer using the reset button.

Then this blackout becomes more frequent and now it happened after a minute at I starts the game. I thought that there was some problem with the game so I didn't give it much more importance.

After that, I tried to download a picture from http://canva.com and then again the monitor went black.

I formatted my system and installed a fresh Windows 8.1. After that I tried again to download the image but again the monitor went black. Then I read somewhere that this might be the issue of overheating.

So, I remove the side of the CPU and it worked I downloaded the image but its still not enough for the Assasins Creed or some other games.

Till Now I have Tried :
Installing new Windows
Removing the case of the CPU
Cleaning the CPU with the Air Blower
Running the GPU fan at 100% using AMD OverDrive

But still the problem is there.

My configuration is:
Intel Core Processor i7 - 2600
2 * 4GB DDR3 RAM
Hard Disk - Kingston 1TB
Mother Board - Intel DH61WW
GPU - Radeon HD 7770
PSU - 500W
Monitor - Samsung SA300N

I tested it using the FurMark and for the 640*360 resolution, it showing that the temperature is 60*

My room does not have an AC so I want to know any alternate solution to prevent overheating.

Can you please suggest something to prevent this overheating.

No, I don't have one but can you suggest any symptoms of failing GPU and what I have to do if that's the case.

With thermal paste, I am also thinking of using a water cooling kit. Will that be good to maintain the tempearture.
