I have a Dell desktop With Windows 10 pre installed and linked to my Microsoft account. Before I sell it what should I do with Windows to protect my pricvacy? I will do a clean install. Is there any way to remove my Microsoft account while still keeping Window activated for the buyer?

Solution
That makes sense. I guess what I'd like to do is a sysytem restore, and leave Windows activated. As long I as they don't have may MS acount info it should be fine then, correct?
Activated means you are selling the license along with the hardware.
And if this was preinstalled from Dell, this hardware is the only system the license can be used on.

Since you are not including an OS, just sell it without disks. There is no privacy concerns then.
