My dad took our WD 1TB External Hard Drive to my cousin and the dork forgot to give my dad my AC Adaptor cord as well, my brother said we needed a docking station. Which docking station is suitable for my WD Elements 1TB External Hard Drive?

I know I only need the adaptor but I haven't been able to track one down, if you know of any places please say. It is hard to explain a docking station but if you saw pictures you would understand I would say its more of file transfer between other drives without involving a computer.

I suppose you have to see it to believe it :)

It sounds like a good idea, a docking station, to be able to transfer files without the use of a computer.

The adapter must be the same voltage/amp as the one suited to the external hdd otherwise you might damage the unit. Where is the original one that came with the unit? Have it posted to whoever. You still need the adapter even if you had the docking station, wouldn't you?

Try ebay -
