[SOLVED] What to plug in the hdd?

Hey, im new installing storage, but in short, i have an ssd with windows installed, that is my boot drive, i need more space so im installing a hdd on my desktop pc, the hdd has windows installed but im gonna reset everything from that hdd with cmd. But the hdd has 2 thin plug in areas and one is bigger, but i don't know what to put in the bigger slot, here are the pictures. Sorry if its a stupid question.

Solution
SATA data, that goes to a SATA port on the motherboard.
SATA power, that comes off a tap on the PSU.

What you have circled in blue is not needed. The other two cables that are attached is all you need.
