Question What to upgrade? Monitor or CPU?

planning on changing a part on my pc.. dont know what i would benefit more from.. i have a
Monitor:60hz IPS 1080p monitor
CPU:ryzen 2200g
GPU:rx 570 4gb
Ram:16gb ram
SSD/HDD:128gb bootdrive/3tb hard drive
im conflicted if i should upgrade my cpu to a ryzen 5600 or buy a 120hz monitor..as a third option, i could instead opt to buy a ryzen 3600 and a 512gb ssd for more storage for games.. i could also probably buy an ssd and a monitor and leave the cpu untouched if thats better? i dont really have the money to upgrade the gpu right now and i doubt my 2200g could keep up with a new gpu if i go for that anyway... help..
