Hi there I am wondering what to upgrade next?

http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/8FgXYr

- The CPU is OC'ed at 4.1ghz without Turbo; Custom WC'ed.
- The 1080 is completely stock no OC or WC loop
- Monitor is QHD at 60hz
- Only recently replaced my Titan X (haswell) to the Asus Turbo 1080, good move or bad? I can still return the 1080. Edit: To clarify, I still have the Titan X (haswell) so can easily still return the 1080 and go back to the Titan x

Thanks!

Like I said, you'd be shelling out for it :)

Also, unless you're willing to upgrade your cpu, mobo, AND ram, you're locked out of DDR4. Given your setup, I honestly don't think its worth the upgrade.
I assume you meant you have (had?) the Maxwell version of the Titan X. The reference 1080 is 20-25% faster than the Maxwell Titan X (on games anyway). I don't see much you can upgrade other than maybe going to 32GB memory (cheap upgrade) or try finding a 27" G-sync 1440p monitor (expensive upgrade) to let that 1080 stretch its legs in games beyond 60FPS/60Hz lock.

You have a very mild overclock on your 4690K, so not sure why you have a custom water loop for that.

Edit: You can also move up to a nice 60Hz 4K monitor as the 1080 will run that nicely in most games at 60FPS.

If you're that well-off financially, I'd go balls to the walls and get a G-Sync 144hz 1440p monitor. It'll do better for your gaming than 4k. You could also get the Predator X34 if you're willing to shell out for it.

I do have a 4.4 Ghz Profile for the CPU if I need it, but mainly the water-cooling is for aesthetics haha!
I was thinking of making another loop for the GPU and maybe do an extreme OC on it, but not sure if that would be useful since the 1080's are pretty decent stock currently.

I think the general consensus seems to be; upgrade the monitor.
Any recommendations ? ( other than the Predator x34 THATS EXPENSIVE! ) I prefer the wide-curved screens

Also, if I a to upgrade the memory, isnt it a better idea to do a full shift to DDR-4?
