What to upgrade?

my rig:
cpu : phenom II x4 955
mobo:asrock m3a770de
gpu: sapphire hd 7770
psu: corsair vs650

what should I update?
I was planning to switch to intel with asus z97a and pentium g3258(gonna upgrade it later with 4690k or upgrade my gpu to asus 960. any suggestions? and I know my psu is not that good but I'm just using my pc for 5-7 hrs a day and turning it off when I'm done using it. is it still okay? or should i buy a new one?

Overclocking a CPU is never required for anything unless you intend to do something special like 3D rendering
