What to upgrade?

I've got an FX 4350 with my GTX 760 SC. I've got money burning my pocket, and am waiting for Amazon stuff to go on sale for cyber Monday. I have a 500 watt power supply, and if I got a second GTX 760, I'd want to upgrade that. Any suggestions? Looking at the FX 8350, 6300 isn't much of an upgrade for me.

Trying to generally get 20-30 more frames in some moderately demanding games.

You cant run 760 SLI on a 500 watt PSU and your MOBO probably doesnt support it (depends on model), I would upgrade the CPU but an upgrade to a better AMD processor would not be a massive upgrade IMO, you could go with haswell and get a new motherboard or just get an 8350.

I didn't say to go SLI, you probably would bottleneck it somewhat with your CPU but you would also need to upgrade your PSU, What is your motherboard? most am3+ motherboards don't support SLI.
