What to upgrade?

Hello!

I have about a 1000 euro to upgrade my current pc :
I5 4690k
16 gb (4×4) ddr3 ram
Gtx 1060 6gb
500 watt psu
G1 sniper b6 motherboard
1tb ssd
1tb hard drive

I think i want to upgrade my processor and graphics card first ( i would like to play 4k or 1440p )

What do you guys suggest?

Wait for vega then go with a Ryzen CPU with Vega.

I say this because Ryzen performs much better with AMD's drivers, and a 480/580 would be a side grade from a 1060 6GB.

You could also just get a 1080Ti and keep your current CPU. The CPU won't bottleneck at 4k unless it is a weird game that is dependent on RAM like Fallout 4.
