What to upgrade?

So, I have a nice gaming pc with relatively good specs. But heres my question

Should I get a new motherboard??

The Motherboard is a h110 and very basic. I feel as it may be limiting performance in my pc. Should I upgrade???

A Z170 would be nice for overclocking, but motherboards are more for features than raw performance. You're unlikely to get much more performance out of it other than what you get from an overclock.

Honestly, the PSU is what I'd replace. That's EVGA's very budget, entry-level PSU, more suitable for powering office PCs and bargain-basement 750ti builds, certainly not anything with a $500 GPU in it.

then maybe i7-7700K down the road; 4.5GHz turbo doesn't really need overclocking.

youre better off saving your money for a new cpu/mobo some years down the road.
